Head Credit Policy (SVP-I/SVP)
This role is for someone who will make rules and policies for bank loans.
- Experience Needed: At least 10 years of experience in banking. (People who already know about farming loans will get preference).
- Education: At least a Bachelor’s degree from a university recognized by the HEC.
- Main Tasks: * Making and updating the bank’s loan rules (Credit Policy).
- Creating easy loan plans to help poor and small farmers.
- Managing the bank’s digital loan systems and online land record checks.
- Working with government bodies and the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
Credit Operation (VP-I/VP)
This role is for someone who will manage how loans are given out and collected back.
- Experience Needed: At least 10 years of experience in banking (preference for farming loan experience).
- Education: At least a Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
- Main Tasks:
- Planning and checking yearly loan distributions across different regions.
- Approving tractor manufacturers and suppliers for bank programs.
- Solving complaints sent by the public or the Prime Minister’s office.
- Tracking loan repayments and making sure people pay their installments on time.
