The international crude oil barrel prices are approximately $91.85 for WTI Crude and $104.72 for Brent Crude, as tracked by Bloomberg Energy.
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSX:PSO) has signed a Sale Purchase Agreement (SPA) for the supply of petroleum products with OQ Trading Limited (OQT).
The SPA was signed on October 8, 2026, with the approval of the company’s Board of Management and the Federal Cabinet.
In addition, the SPA was signed in accordance with an Inter-Governmental Agreement (IGA) between Pakistan and the Sultanate of Oman dated May 14, 2018.
According to the IGA, OQ Trading International Limited was nominated on behalf of Oman, while Pakistan State Oil Company Limited was nominated on behalf of the Government of Pakistan. In turn, PSO proceeded to work with OQT to finalize the draft SPA.
