This week in the Forza Horizon 6 Series 3 winter season, we’re still driving around in fancy Italian cars, but like clockwork, there are a number of new challenges. The most entertaining—and difficult—one is the Hokubu region Treasure Hunt, which has a wooden house next to a snow-covered road as the only clue. It’s a pretty wide search area, in my opinion.
The Festival Playlist Treasure Hunt box for this week is located in Hokubu, close to the wooden house beyond the fields at Shikisai-no-Oka in the middle of the area. It is located directly north of the Lincoln Continental Barn Find and the Flower Run speed trap. In short:
Go to Shikisai-no-Oka in the heart of Hokubu. If you’ve unlocked it, you can fast travel to the Flower Run speed trap.
The chest is hidden around the corner in the parking lot as you drive north past the snow-covered farm fields and toward the wooden building and greenhouses.
To finish the challenge, smash the Treasure Hunt chest by crashing into it.
As is customary, you will receive 5,000 XP, 100,000 credits, and three Festival Playlist points as payment for your time. These credits can be applied to the Lamborghini Huracan you’ll need for the primary weekly challenge, which is annoying because it will be free the following week. Playground Games, what are you doing? That is simply unkind.
The 1982 Lancia 037 Stradale (20 points) and the 2020 Ferrari Roma (40 points) will receive your Festival Playlist points this week. The former is a traditional Italian powerhouse, and I’m really excited about it. Additionally, you will be one step closer to the 2022 Ferrari 296 GTB and the 2024 Lamborghini Temerario, the Series’ milestone incentives.

The Forza Horizon 6 Hokubu Treasure Hunt for the Italian Exotics Festival Playlist Series’ winter season is located in a quite remote location on the map, and the photo hint gives you very little information. It will be difficult to search the area for this treasure chest if you don’t know where those large hay bale scarecrows are located in Forza Horizon 6. I’ve listed the precise location of this Forza Horizon 6 treasure hunt below to assist you locate and destroy it.
The actual treasure chest is located in a parking lot between the white road that passes through the flower fields and the highway road that round their northern edge. The treasure box is located adjacent to a modest garage structure that overlooks the fields covered with snow near this parking lot. Although you can’t get there directly with Forza Horizon 6 fast travel, you can get close. Once there, you can easily get 100,000 Credits by smashing into the treasure box. This is a fantastic method to earn money for Forza Horizon 6.
Approximately near the center of the area, on the northwest side of the Shikisai-No-Aka flower fields, is where you may find the Forza Horizon 6 Treasure Hunt chest in the Hokubu.
As part of the limited-time Festival Playlist events for the winter week, this Treasure Hunt in FH6 won’t last long. This means that if you don’t destroy the chest by August 6 at 2:30 PM UTC, the season will shift to spring and new difficulties will arise. The Forza Horizon 6 Hirosaki Castle photo challenge is also due at the same time.
