Education Required
- At least 2nd Division Secondary School Certificate (Matric) in Science from a recognized board.
- Two (2) years Health Technician Diploma from a recognized Medical Faculty OR F.Sc Medical Technology in the relevant technology from a recognized board.

- Before depositing any application fee, log in to your ETEA account and print the E-scalate token.
- Take this token to any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise/kiosk and verify your CNIC number. Note: Without this verification, your online application cannot progress.
- Online fee payments :-After successful submission of your online profile, a formal online deposit slip will be generated on your screen (containing your Token Number, Project Code, and Personal Info).
- Print out this deposit slip and deposit the prescribed non-refundable test fee using either:

- Any branch of UBL Bank.
